FAQ

Plain answers to first questions

What does a case review cost?

Nothing. You talk to a lawyer, they ask questions, and you leave knowing whether we can help.

How are you paid?

By a contingency fee: a percentage of what we recover, and nothing if we recover nothing. Case costs such as records and expert reports are separate, and your agreement explains how they're handled.

Will I talk to a lawyer or an assistant?

A lawyer. There are three of us, and one of us will be your lawyer from the first call.

How long do I have to bring a claim?

There's a deadline for every claim, and it depends on the facts. Call early so we can find yours.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Whatever you have: the police report or report number, photos, insurance letters, medical bills. If you have nothing, come anyway.

Can you visit me at the hospital or at home?

Yes. If you can't come to Gold Avenue, one of us will come to you.

The insurer already made an offer. Is it too late?

Not if you haven't signed a release. Don't sign anything until someone has read it with you.

Do you take cases outside Albuquerque?

Yes, for crashes and care homes across the region. Call and we'll tell you whether we're the right fit.

Your question isn't here?

Ask a lawyer. The call is free.
