Car crashes
Car crash injuries
Most car cases are about the other driver's insurance company, and how little it would like to pay. We gather the police report, the photos, the medical bills and the repair estimate, then make the claim in writing.
If the other driver had no insurance, or not enough, we look at your own policy's uninsured and underinsured coverage. Many people pay for it for years and never know it's there.

What we look at
The report and the scene
Police report, 911 audio, intersection cameras and witness names, before they disappear.
Your treatment
We keep a running list of bills and appointments, so nothing is left out of the claim.
The car itself
Repair or total-loss value, a rental while you wait, and what the insurer owes for both.
Your own policy
Uninsured and underinsured coverage, and medical payments coverage, read line by line.
The adjuster's calls
Once we're hired, they call us. You don't give a recorded statement.
The deadline
Every claim has a filing deadline. We put yours on the calendar the first day.
Questions we hear first
Should I talk to the other driver's insurer?
Give them your name and contact details, then tell them your lawyer will be in touch. Don't give a recorded statement or guess at your injuries.
I felt fine at the scene. Does that matter?
Not much. Many injuries show up a day or two later. See a doctor, and tell them about the crash.
Do I need a lawyer for a small crash?
Not always. If it was property damage only, we'll often tell you how to handle it yourself.
