This policy explains what information Archuleta & Varela collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, the date and kind of injury, and your message. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest. We don't sell them or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

If we don't take your case, we keep your message only as long as we need it for conflict checks. If we do, it becomes part of your client file.
